Adam N. Rieck

Adam N. Rieck, is an associate practicing in the real estate, corporations, operations, banking and trust law sections at Addison Law. Mr. Rieck's experience includes portfolio and individual club, hospitality, and commercial real estate acquisitions, financing, and due diligence matters; property, operational, and membership contracting and risk management; and financial institution and fiduciary advising.

Prior to joining Addison Law, Mr. Rieck was an attorney with a Dallas law firm where he focused on representing financial institutions and corporations in real estate, oil & gas, banking and trust/fiduciary services matters. Previously, he served as vice president and general counsel to a network of Texas financial institutions, representing and advising its banks in all legal and regulatory matters affecting operations.

Mr. Rieck received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. He graduated from the Texas Tech University School of Law and received his Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business. While attending Texas Tech, Mr. Rieck served as president of his law school class and served on the Executive Board of the Student Bar Association.

Mr. Rieck is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
